Child body fat % = (1.51 × BMI) − (0.70 × Age) − (3.6 × sex) + 1.4
Adult body fat % = (1.20 × BMI) + (0.23 × Age) − (10.8 × sex) − 5.4

Note, however, that no matter how far and fast the tightness, the brain needs at least six months to get used with the new weight. It actually this helps us to avoid the yo-yo effect. A healthy way to lose weight should be made for at least 12 weeks.
 

Losing weight quickly through a drastic dieting is not healthy for your body. If you increase the amount of food, little, the brain will not have enough time to withhold the new weight and you will get back to your previously weight or worst…get more weight than you lost.
